Here at SIF Health, we use Crezco to take payments from clients.

Why? Well, the rates are just 0.49%, or free depending on your plan, the payments are immediate into your bank, and it's a really quick and simple process for your clients to pay. Likewise, you have the option to take payment up front, and on the day, which reconciles all reports in one place for you.

The first thing you need to do, is set up your Creczo account. You can find the help guide for setting this up here.

Once this is set-up, you then can start using Crezco for payments.

So how do you take payment through SIF Health?

Taking Payment Up Front

  • Create an appointment as you normally would
  • When selecting the final tick box at the bottom of the appointment pop-up, select the tick box Send confirmation (with payment request)
    • Your client will receive an email with a link
      • This link will ask the client to sign to agree to your Terms and Conditions, to fill out any forms you automated, and finally to pay through Crezco
        • Your client will select 'Pay', then be directed to a page to select their bank e.g. HSBC, and finally will be asked to confirm (usually with face or fingerprint recognition)
    • The appointment will be added into your calendar as red, and once they pay, the appointment turns green
      • The invoice will then be automatically marked as paid
      • The reports will automatically be updated too

How To Take Payment On The Day

  • There will be the occasion where you want a client to pay on the day (for those that are booking in to a new appointment whilst sat next to you for example, or if a client didn't pay up front)
  • You have several options to take payment:
    • You can send an SMS to the client, or you can ask them to scan a QR code
      • To do this, click on the appointment in the calendar
      • Select the Prcing tab
      • Select View Invoice
      • Click Share at the top of the invoice
      • Here, you can either add their phone number to send this as an SMS or ask them to scan the QR code using the QR scanner on their mobile (free to download, but most have this built into their camera)
      • Your client will select 'Pay', then be directed to a page to select their bank e.g. HSBC, and finally will be asked to confirm (usually with face or fingerprint recognition)
      • The appointment in the calendar will turn gree, the invoice will automatically update, and the fully customisable, downloadable financial reports will automatically update too
