The majority of clients want simplicity and can be slow to respond to change. We are creatures of habit. 


If calling you and paying cash is how they've always booked you for example then that's what they will continue to do until there is a stimulus for change. Once clients realise that another way is simpler and faster then they will not go back to the old way.


One of the biggest frustrations of our members is to finish a day of treatments to be met with a load of messages, emails and voicemails asking about availability and they start the back and forth trying to find a time. When clients contact you to find out about availabilty they want an answer at that point and they also get frustrated.


As such, help them know where they can find the answers they need. On your Facebook messenger, email and voicemail, have an auto response that lets clients know that if they are contacting you about availabilty they can see it and book via the book now button/this link etc and if it's anything else you'll get back to them as soon as you can. This saves you the time of responding to a raft of messages that clients can easily find the answers to and helps clients realise the value of using the online booking system.

  • Include your online booking link on your email footer with a call to action such as book now.
  • Add the book now button to your Facebook and Website.
  • Add a book now call to action and link on your Twitter and Instagram.
