Here is how to add the book now button


Each website builder (Wix, Squarespace etc), will give you the ability to add a button to your website which you can label 'Book Now'. This button will ask you to add a URL through to your booking link.


SIF Health gives you the ability to generate that link which takes them to a page under your business website name, and branded with your logo and colours.


Here is how to generate the link


  1. Head into 'Templates & Links' in the menu
  2. Select 'Booking links'
  3. In the main part of the page, select 'Add new'
  4. Under 'Domain'add your business name or website name
    1. This should closely match your website e.g. exampletherapyclinic
  5. Under 'Redirect Success Page' add the website page that you would like the client to return to after the booking has been completed e.g. 'www.exampletherapyclinic.co.uk/home
  6. Under 'Particulars', select the correct location if more than one, and whether you want all, or just the one specialist.
  7. Under 'Theming' you can upload your logo. This will show at the top of the booking link (well worth doing to personalise the booking link further)
  8. Then select your branding colours. We recommend the 'Primary & Secondary colours' being your main brand colour e.g. blue, and then the 'Primary & Secondary Text Colours' being either black or white.
  9. Click 'Save'
  10. Finally, click 'Get Code' and copy the link that starts with https:// and add this to the URL on the 'Book Now' button on your website


Pro Tip


A key tip is to set your email to have an auto response that says "Thank you for your message. If you're messaging me about availability please click here (with it as a URL in step 3) to see live availability and be able to book in. If it's about anything else I'll respond as soon as I can" . This saves you the time of responding to a raft of messages that people can easily find the answers to and helps patients realise the value of using the online booking system.
