Clients AND specialists receive email notifications as standard and SMS notifications if they have a mobile number listed and you have SMS's switched on. If you wish to turn on/off SMS notifications, head into Business then Settings. Tick/untick the box, then click save.


Clients receive notifications for new bookings confirmations, amendments, cancellations and reminders prior to the appointment.


Speciailists receive notifications for new bookings, payments, and cancellations/ amendments. 


You can customise the email notifications that go out to the client during the booking process, including the time frame, content, and forms through custom emails.
