When a new booking is received it includes details of the clients name, date of birth, email address, and their phone number. 


There may also be several further bits of information you receive depending on how you have SIF Health set-up:


  1. Any further information
    1. Each client has the option to provide you with any further information when booking
    2. You will find this detail in the client notes section for that client
  2. The address of the appointment
    1. If you are a mobile specialist, your client will provide the address of where the treatment is to take place
    2. Again, you will find this in the clients notes section for that client
  3. The client signature agree to your Terms and Conditions
    1. You can find this in the appointment pop up within the calender
  4. Any answers to any forms that you have automatically sent out pre appointment via custom emails
    1. Please note - the client receives these forms via email after they have booked the appointment. They are not asked to complete these forms to complete the appointment (this would take too much time and would see a dramatic drop-off in bookings)
      1. With this in mind, you may not see the answers to the forms immediately
