There are 2 ways to view/ add/ edit your clients notes.


  1. Through Clients in the menu
    1. Search for your client, then select More next to their name, and finally View Notes
  2. Through the appointment in the calendar
    1. Select the appointment
    2. Select the tab Case Notes
    3. Select View Episode
      1. Clicking this way, will show all the answers to the client forms that were sent automatically to the client prior to the appointment. Here is how to set up custom emails with forms if not already done


Select New Note from the resulting page if you wish to add a note new


From here, you have several options:


  1. Select a Note Template from the drop down menu. You can see here how to create templatesand you are free to create as many as you like
    1. If you select a template, then all the questions to that template will appear e.g. SOAP Notes
    2. If you leave this as Default then you can use the preset options detailed below
  2. Use the Description box to input/write any notes that you wish
  3. Select the Diagram tab to view all images you have where you can annotate. You can use our default body diagram, or add your own. Ensure you add text to the default box for the diagram to save e.g. See Diagram
  4. Add Attachment to do just that. Again, ensure you add text to the default box e.g. See Attached
    1. Please notes if adding photos direct from an iPhone then if you are having problems you may need to change the format from HEIC to JPEG


When a note has been added a date and time stamp is shown.


All notes can be edited and it will show the note has been edited and provide an additional date and time stamp to show when this has happened.  


When a client makes a booking they are asked to provide information on their injury and that information is automatically added to their client profile. For new clients, a client record is automatically added and the injury information added to the notes section.


Client Profile


Head into Clients

Click More next to their name

Click Edit Profile


In here, you can edit the basic information for that client including email, name, DOB, medical info, plus lots more.
