SIF Health allows you to export all of your data in an easy to transfer format.

This will allow you to transfer quickly and easily to an alternative provider.

How Do I Export My Data?

  1. Click 'Settings' in the menu
  2. Click 'Account Settings'
  3. Scroll down, and under 'Data Export', select 'Export Data'
    • Please note that this will be emailed to the organisation owner, and may take up to 24 hours to complete
    • On the email that you receive, click 'Download Data Export'

IMPORTANT - Must Read

When you receive the email, you will need to click on the 'Download Data Export' link. All the data remains in the email until the 'Download Data Export' link has been clicked.

When you open the link, please ensure you save all of the data safely and securely. After 10 minutes, the link will no longer work.

To reiterate, the link in the email remains usable until the 'Download Data Export' link has been clicked. 10 minutes after the button has been clicked, the data is not re-downloadable. You can redownload as many times as you wish.

What will be exported?

  • All client note attachments (images that you have attached and any annotated diagrams)
  • All past and future appointments in a csv. file (easy to transfer)
  • All client profile information in a .csv file
  • All client notes in a .csv file
  • All invoices in a .csv file

Why csv?

.CSV files are the easiest to transfer file types. This allows you to transfer data quickly and easily to most providers. Please note, we do not offer the data in a different file type.

How to transfer to another provider?

Due to the format that we offer the data, this is easy to transfer to another provider. Find the solution that works best for you, and they should offer a .csv import of the above data.

We cannot help with this import to another provider, but they will have dedicated customer service and help guides to help you import that data.

.ICS file for your appointments.

Some providers may ask for a .ics file for your calendar appointments. This is a universal file type for calendars.

You can get appointments through SIF in an .ics file. Follow these steps:

  • Click 'Calendar' in the menu
  • Click the button that is labelled 'connected calendars'
  • Click the button 'create calendar URL'
  • Copy the provided link

We cannot help with this calendar URL to another provider, but they will have dedicated customer service and help guides to help you import that data.
