SIF Health works with Stripe to manage subscriptions. There may be the scenario where you have changed your card and the card you use to pay for your membership with SIF Health no longer works. 


Here is how to add new card details or unlock the account if it closes due to the details not being correct.


  1. Head into Finance in the menu
  2. Click Subscription
  3. On this page, you have the option to click on view customer portal
  4. Update your card details on this page and click save
  5. This may take a few minutes to go through, however, if you go back to the Subscription page, you can click a button called 'Restore Purchases'
  6. This then will log you out, and if you log back in, your account should be good to go
