If items in the left hand menu are greyed out with a padlock icon next to them this is because it is additional functionality that can be unlocked through upgrading to SIF Health including bookings, notes, payments, templates and/or automations.
This will allow you to make running your business simpler, saving time, money and frustration.
For example you can have it set up so that when a client or potential client makes a booking they can be automatically sent the Safety-net form thus saving you having to remember to do it as well as the admin.
This can be done either via the link on the main dashboard or under financial then subscription.
