Where a client has not received the Safety-net form email there are two things to check:


1. Have they checked their junk folder?  Gmail in particular has 'social', 'promotions' and 'spam' where emails can sometimes end up. 


2. Is the email address correct?


If both points have been checked and there is still an issue then please create a ticket section above with as much detail as you are aware of so we can investigate.
