When all regulated clinicians sign up they commit to the process of working with referrers to enable them to see and work with the client.
They commit to not 'stealing clients' as it is sometimes called and to respect scope of practice.

We take such situations very seriously and will seek to understand what has happened and take appropriate action.
There will be situations beyond our control, for example, where the client has proactively chosen to continue to see another provider. We appreciate this is a frustrating situation which happens to all of us but does occasionally happen.
