Both you and the client can move appointments if you so wish. A specialist can move an appointment at any time up until the time the appointment begins.


If a specialist moves an appointment, the client will receive an email asking them to confirm the move. They have the option to confirm or decline. Up until they either confirm or decline, their old appointment slot will remain in the calendar as a greyed out appointment, and a new appointment is added at the new time. This prevents other clients booking in to either of those time slots.


As soon as they confirm the move, the grey appointment will disappear. 


If they decline the appointment, the grey appointment will return back to what it was, and the new appointment will disappear. 


Note: A specialist can book another appointment in at the time of the greyed out appointment if they so wish. Just add an appointment as normal.


If it is more than 24 hours before the appointment, the client can log-in to their profile, and move the appointment. You will receive a notification of this.


If the appointment is within 24 hours, the client will be informed to contact you to move the appointment.


Note: if you wish to move a customers' appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment then we recommend that you contact them via the details provided in the booking to talk it through with them and find a suitable time.
