Any payment made through Stripe or Crezco is on it's way to your bank account in a certain time period (for Crezco, this is immediate, and for Stripe, this can be up to 14 working days).


When a client cancels an appointment, you will receive an email confirming this cancellation.

 

On this email, you will have the contact details of the client in question, and you can then contact them direct to organise a BACS transfer.

 

Manual refunds allows you to be in greater control of your cancellation period and therefore your finances, and gives you the opportunity to rebook the client in.
