One of the most frustrating admin burdens for specialists is the time it takes in clinic to confirm the next appointment time.
"Can you do 4pm?"
"No, any other slots?"
"I have 3pm tomorrow"
"Can't do that sorry"
It takes time away from treating a client in clinic, and can be frustating for both parties.
So we have a solution.
At the bottom of the calendar, there is a button to click labelled 'Show client names'. If you untick this, it removes all the client details from the calendar, allowing you to turn your device around (laptop, mobile, tablet etc) and then your client can select a slot that suits them quickly and easily.
