When a client books in, or you book a client in, they receive an automated email with your T&Cs included allowing you to save time during the appointment to do what you do best. The client has to sign the T&Cs with a signature to confirm their consent. 


To amend these T&C's, follow these steps:


1) Head into 'Business' in the left hand menu

2) Click on 'Profile'

3) Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you'll find a box that is labelled 'Your terms and conditions'

4) Complete this section. This is the recommended place to include data protection, include reference to a cancellation policy and any Covid 19 declarations. It is recommended to think about what is best included here and what is more relevant to include in any template(s) that you may send to clients separately

5) Click 'Save'


Within the appointment pop-up in the calendar, there is information included to state whether they have signed their consent or not, what name was signed, and at what time.


If a client has not yet signed consent there is the option in the appointment to resend to them.


Additional Consent - There may be times when you have explained a course of action/treatment to a client and you require additional consent.  You can add to your client notes that consent has been given but you can also create a template that covers this consent which can be sent to a client to complete. When you select an appointment there is an option at the bottom to send additional template.
