There will be times where you want to offer your clients dicsount codes (referral discount, friends/ family discount, local sports club discount etc).
To add a discount (either a percentage or a fixed price), simply follow these steps:
- Click on 'Financials' in the left hand menu
- Select 'Discount Codes'
- Click 'Add New'
- Name the discount code what you want your patients to be able to fill out on checkout to apply the discount
- For Example 'CardiffAAC10'
- Provide either the discount amount or the percentage
- This could be 100% off for sponsored athletes/ family etc
- Ensure that the one box has a '0' in it, so for example 'discount percent' is 30% off as per the below example - this means thah the 'discount fixed amount' box will need a '0' in there
- When a client then goes to book online or pay for an appointment, they will have an option on checkout to add the discount code
