You can add multiple locations to the same account.


When signing up you are required to create a minimum of one location. Ensure all steps are completed in this location first.


After completion of your sign up when you login to your business profile select business then select add location and fill out the details of a new location. Note: Only do this if you have multiple locations as this cannot be deleted.


Select save and then you will land on the same few steps you have previously completed for the alternative location in the dashboard. Note: Don't worry that it says that you are at 13% completion again, as this is a completely different location, with different hours/ therapists/ information. So you will need to set this up.


In these steps, you have the option to add existing specialist or add new specialist. You are able to add multiple existing specialists - select existing specialist if you're adding one from the other locations, or new if you're adding a new specialist.


Please note, if you are changing details of an existing location because you have moved premises, please simply change the address of the location in 'Business' then 'Profile' rather than adding a separate location.


Please also note, if you have accidentally added a second location, head into Business then Profile, and rename DONT USE. Then click Save. Finally, head into the bottom of the menu, and switch to the correct location.
