The SIF Health calendar allows you to quickly see who has paid, and to mark appointments as paid/ no shows.

This will automatically update in your financial reports, which are downloadable via 'Scheduling' then 'Reports'.

Here are what the colours mean:

RED is if you have requested full payment through SIF Health but it has not happened yet.

YELLOW is if you have requested a deposit through SIF Health but it has not happened yet.

BLUE appointments mean no payment has been requested and you are to mark this as paid yourself.

GREEN appointments have either been paid by the client, or you have marked this as paid.

NB: A GREY appointment in the calendar is a potential booking. This means that a client is looking at booking with you through your booking link, but has not yet completed the booking. This remains in the calendar for an hour, and is removed from the calendar if the booking is not completed. You do not receive the information of who this client is unless the booking is completed.

Once the appointment is paid then the status of the appointment will be updated too. If you select the appointment in the calendar you have the option to mark how the appointment has been paid, and how much. Simply click on the 'Pricing' tab, then select View Invoice.

Here is how to mark invoices as paid.

Two other features in the calendar to note are as follows:

1) If you mark the appointment as a 'No Show' (open the appointment and click 'No Show'), the appointment will add a black border around the appointment.

2) Each appointment will have an orange outline which shows that a client has not yet completed your form. Once they complete the form, this orange banner is removed. This makes it simple to identify who you need to follow up with, and who you are ready to see when they attend the appointment.
