Please rest assured, as long as you have kept your SIF Health calendar up to date then there will not be a problem. There is no chance of somebody booking into a taken slot.


Note: If you have used an external calendar to sync with your SIF Health calendar, then please check to ensure the sync is working correctly. We request the information every minute from external calendars but we cannot control their availability or accuracy. 


In the unfortunate incident of a double booking happening due to the external calendar not being up to date, then on the booking details from a client will be their contact details so please contact them to arrange a suitable new time. The client will be able to see your availabilty on the platform so can move the booking to an alternative time.  Alternatively you can select the booking on your side and send a request to the client to move the booking to an alternative time.
